Ken’s passion for this work was born from firsthand experience — including witnessing more than $100 million in preventable fraud caused by inadequate background checks and poor vendor vetting. Determined to prevent those kinds of failures, he developed the SOARR Method, a proven five-step framework that empowers HR professionals, administrators, and organizational leaders to detect fraud early, strengthen compliance, and reduce risk across their teams and operations.
As CEO of Bchex and the visionary behind Screening Hero, Ken is a trusted voice in the background screening industry and a passionate advocate for modern safety practices.
